As our workforce becomes more culturally diverse, the need to understand the differences in those cultures becomes of greater importance. This program is NOT a language course, but is directed at understanding cultural differences with recent immigrants, and working successfully to manage those workers. Such everyday matters as dates, names, and personal values can have an impact on the safety and productivity of YOUR workforce.
