Building on a strong foundation has been a mainstay in the world of construction. It is the same with safety, without a strong foundation from which to build your safety management system, the sustainability of your program will eventually crumble and no longer support your employees. This session will explore how the human error element is a key component of a strong foundation for safety. It is not about compliance, rules, procedures or engineering, but rather, Tim will address how everyday states can potentially result in making an injury causing critical error.
